1. How long does it take to notice my stress lowering?

Every person is bio-individual and our stress resiliency will differ. The longer you have been suffering, the longer it could take to notice a difference in symptoms. I have had members start to feel their energy patterns increase within a few weeks of working with me. One client started losing weight in her first 3 weeks of the program after struggling for years. Another client had her first night of FULL sleep after one and a half weeks. The one thing these members all had in common? They were consistent, intentional, and willing to change. Your effort can pay off quickly in your health. 


2.  I do yoga and focus on breathing techniques. Isn't that stress management? 

That is absolutely one way to manage stress, in the moment; however, The Stress-Less Protocol is a way to get to the ROOT CAUSE of why your body is in a stress response. Rather than placing a band-aid on the symptom, true stress management looks at the cause. Understanding triggers and learning how to support a body under stress will make a long-term difference in your health, business, and relationships. By utilizing tools for stress management along with understanding the root cause, you will notice a significant improvement in the way your body responds to stressors you are facing. Your resiliency and ability to recover from stressors will improve, leaving you with a sustainable solution for stress management. 


3.  How will this program help me sleep better? 

The impact of your stressors add to the allostatic load you carry (what causes wear and tear on your body). Having chronic stress impacts your cortisol levels (too high or too low) which , in turn, impact your body's ability to produce melatonin. If your body is always prepared to fight or run, it won't make producing melatonin (sleep hormone) a priority. Stress also impacts blood sugar & hormone synthesis which will affect sleep, weight gain, energy levels, and digestive health. By making stress management a priority you can improve so much more than sleep! Through The Stress-Less Protocol, you will learn how to get to the foundation of your stressors and how to change the way your body responds, which can result in improved sleep, increased energy & focus, greater mental clarity, and enhanced health & joy!
